Work/life balance: Ongoing full-time role | Monday to Friday business hours A great culture: Work in a supportive, collaborative team of administration and management professionals Career development: A varied role providing exec support, project support, and general administration with opportunities to grow with G4S About the role and team We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant and Administrator to work in our Administration Team and provide comprehensive support to the General Manager and Senior Management Team at Mount Gambier Prison. You will be a key point of contact, managing information flow and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
In this role you will: Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager, managing and prioritising requests, and ensuring efficient use of their time. Prepare and review high-quality communications on behalf of the General Manager. Conduct research and analysis to provide the Senior Management Team with information for decision-making. Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on various projects, including correspondence, budget estimates, and reports. Maintain accurate records and management systems. Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and photocopying. What we're looking for Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated administrative experience and computer literacy. A valid Driver's Licence.
