Company Description Provide executive support to our Senior Leadership Team at Moranbah North Mine and be part of the bigger picture! Anglo American Steelmaking Coal Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world. In Australia, we operate five steelmaking coal mines in Queensland's Bowen Basin, and have additional joint venture interests in steelmaking coal and manganese, as well as copper exploration projects underway in North West Queensland and Western Australia.
Job Description We are seeking a diligent and high-performing Executive Assistant to join the team at Moranbah North Mine on a full-time, permanent basis with Anglo American. Reporting to the General Manager/SSE, this role will play an essential part in delivering efficient, accurate and timely support to the operations. This role will see you accountable for:
Provide a high level of administrative support to the General Manager/SSE including calendar management, administration of documents and reports, record management, catering and all other associated administrative tasks. Provide a high level of administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by organising travel for SLT, monthly management of meeting processes, and site visits as required. Co-ordinate/collate the documentation & distribution of Monthly Reports and yearly Business Plan and other reporting as required for SLT. Accountable for the coordination of meetings with detailed and concise minute taking, event management, travel bookings, expense management and other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Experience in a senior administrative role within the Mining or Resources sector. Intermediate level of computer literacy with the Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional attention to detail and initiative to follow up on requests. Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and effectively time manage. Advanced record keeping skills including minute taking and document storage. General knowledge of the Coal Mining Industry.
