Are you a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional seeking a dynamic role supporting a high-level executive?
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and provide top-tier support to the Executive General Manager - People & Culture. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a senior leader in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
With the potential to extend beyond the initial 12-month contract (maternity cover), this role offers a pathway for growth and development within a forward-thinking organisation.
In this role you will: Coordinate and allocate appointments and manage the Executive's diary.Provide professional and effective administrative support and carry out organisational tasks through liaison, coordination, and communication.Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items for key meetings.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal memorandums.Assist P&C departments with relevant project support across HR Solutions, DEI, Learning & Development & Safety teams.Organise travel and other business-related requirements for the Executive when necessary.In addition to supporting the EGM of People & Culture, you will also have the opportunity to assist the GM Marketing with ad-hoc tasks as required, this may include but not be limited to:Marketing projects ie.
