The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
This is a permanent opportunity for a proactive and efficient candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the key point of contact for the Managing Director, managing the MD's inbox, calendar, and correspondence.Coordinate and organise meetings with clients, ensuring details are up to date.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Provide high-level administrative support to meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation, and other logistics.Assist with the review and execution of contracts.Maintain client relationships and ensure effective communication across the organisation.
