Support 2 Partners in a leading international firm!Melbourne CBD / 2 days WFH$90 - $95k PackageAbout the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide support to two brilliant Partners who are down to earth, easy to work with and supportive! This role will be essential in delivering comprehensive executive, secretarial, and administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one executive support to 2 PartnersEfficiently handle inbox and email managementManage complex diary schedules, including arranging internal and external meetings, as well as travel logistics (flights and accommodation)Serve as the primary point of contact for the PartnersPrepare and review high-level communications, ensuring confidentiality and discretionOversee and assist with monthly billing & expense reportsAddress client and matter queries, managing the onboarding of new clients and the closure of mattersDocument and record business development activities of fee earners and liaise with clients to foster strong relationshipsPerform additional ad hoc duties as requiredBenefits:WFH flexibility (2 days per week)Discounted health insurance & wellness programsMarket leading parental leave schemeYearly wellness $$ amount to use towards gym, massage, sports clothes etc.!Additional leave day for wellness – use it on what you like!About you:To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal administration or professional services – including monthly billingLitigation experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to service excellenceStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high degree of professionalismAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamExperience with legal software/ billing systemsA positive, adaptable attitude and a collaborative approach to workExperience the best of both worlds: enjoy the perks of a large international firm while benefiting from the boutique atmosphere of the Melbourne office.
