Position: Executive Assistant (EA)Are you a highly organised and proactive EA? Then do not miss out on this fabulous opportunity supporting a senior executive that could offer you the flexibility you may be looking for in your next role.The chairman acts as a trusted adviser, investor, and sits on various not-for-profit boards, so integrity, objectivity, confidence, communication skills, and confidentiality are essential.Key Responsibilities:Managing all correspondence, including emails and maintaining confidential records and files.Complex diary management including organising meetings.Comfortable working cohesively and co-operatively in a shared and remote office environment with the Chairman and family.Involvement in projects, including research, proof reading, and preparing detailed communications and presentations on behalf of the Chairman.Managing personal and business purchases on credit card as required and maintaining records and receipts.Organising travel and attending to personal errands as required.Developing trusting and effective relationships with key stakeholders.To Be Successful:Have demonstrated solid experience in a similar EA role supporting a senior executive.Technically savvy with advanced MS Office skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and cope with changing requirements at short notice.Maintaining exceptional levels of attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Down-to-earth, can-do, pro-active, and positive attitude.Enjoy building relationships with stakeholders and building trust.Work Hours:The role is expected to require approximately 4 hours per day, or 20 hours per week, but the workload can be quite variable and may require more than 4 hours occasionally and as little as 2 hours or less on others.
