About the Role As an Executive Assistant in the Cloud, Data and Infrastructure Services Domain, you'll play a key role in helping to enable the day-to-day experiences of ANZ's employees. The Executive Assistant is responsible in providing administrative and operational support for the Group General Manager for CDIS. This role involves managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. By efficiently managing these tasks, the Executive Assistant enables the GGM to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. In the context of the team, this role is vital for maintaining fostering a well-managed, collaborative environment within the broader leadership team. As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for: Communicate and/or co-ordinate exec's instructions with various stakeholders. Manage calendars and co-ordinate events on behalf of the CDIS Leadership Team. Produce general correspondence on behalf of the exec. Plan and manage all travel and accommodation for the GGM CDIS in line with company policy, ensuring cost effectiveness. Manage, monitor and report the receipt and payment of invoices and expenses What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Previous secretarial or personal assistant experience Strong focus on accuracy, policy compliance and resilience in addressing issues. Knowledge in ANZ's operational systems and processes such as Concur, FCM, Timesheets (PPM) and Microsoft suite of products. Able to build strong collaborative working relationships.
