An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Executive and manage day-to-day operations, including events, hosting guests, and project management, for a leading FMCG company based in Richmond. This position will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the company's goals and objectives are achieved.

Diary management for one Executive team memberTravel & expenses coordinationEvent support and managementProject management supportAttending leadership meetings, taking notes, documenting actions, and following upResponsible for all travel and meeting bookingsThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing confidential and efficient coordination of administration services to ensure the smooth flow of information to and from the relevant stakeholders. Other key tasks within this position will include:
The ability to prioritise tasks so that they are completed effectively, to a high standard, and in a timely mannerLiaising effectively and efficiently with staff at all levelsLiaising with various external organisationsThis position is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
