About Your opportunity We are seeking a proactive, professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to oversee smooth daily diary, inbox and travel management for the CEO and Chairman who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support across a wide variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities This is a dynamic and multifaceted role offering the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Chairman, providing high-level administrative support while managing a variety of tasks and projects.
You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth operations both in the office and on the go.
Your core responsibilities will include; Manage executive schedule, organise meetings, boardrooms, and catering.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and handle confidential correspondence.
Streamline company procedures and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Balance competing demands from various stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintain office systems, handle data, manage incoming communications, and oversee office needs, including meeting room assignments and event coordination.
Organise domestic and international travel arrangements for the Chairman and other executives.
Work closely with the Chairman's wife's Executive Assistant, pilot, and house staff to ensure seamless operation.
Plan company retreats, conferences, and liaise with property developers and agents for office and residential needs.
Consolidate credit card expenses and assist with personal appointments or purchases as needed.
