The RoleProviding high-level confidential executive support to the CEO of YJM.Developing and managing administrative and operational systems and processes that support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the businesses operational needs.Supporting admin tasks such as diary management, general admin, and support in meetings including arranging off-site venues, catering, taking minutes, budget management, etc.Preparing the CEO for meetings with action updates and program planning.Arrange national and international travel plus accommodation across the business.What You BringExtensive Executive Assistant experience and coordination of executive teams.Ability to deliver outcome-based, process-driven solutions in line with project deadlines.Experience in project or program management/coordination.Advanced administrative skills including compilation and production of executive reports and documentation for presentation to high-level stakeholders.Strategic planning, forward thinking, commercial acumen, and business skills.Consultative & negotiation skills.Communication skills & ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation.High level of resilience and ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.The Benefits for YouIn return, we offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive culture that embraces diversity and employee feedback.
