Our client is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative and executive support within their dynamic team. High-level executive administrative support roleOpportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare teamRequires strong commitment to confidentiality and excellent customer serviceWhat you'll do: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key personnel within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative support, communicating directly with various stakeholders, adhering to professional conduct codes and ethics standards. You will also prepare and coordinate various documents for meetings, maintain electronic diaries, manage appointments and handle incoming mail. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing credit card monthly reconciliations. Your ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality will be crucial for success in this role.
Provide high-level executive administrative support to key personnelCommunicate directly with Committee members, Board members and Group Executive members as required by the roleAdhere to professional conduct codes, ethics standards, practice competencies, Mission, Values and VisionPrepare and coordinate the production of briefing papers, reports, agendas, minutes, documents and other material for meetings as directedMaintain electronic diaries, schedule meetings and appointments as appropriateAttend to incoming mail and distribute appropriately and respond accordinglyManage credit card monthly reconciliationsWhat you bring: The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant position brings relevant experience in a similar role within a healthcare or related organisation. You possess high-level interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with a wide variety of contacts both internally and externally. Your ability to use initiative coupled with your attention to detail sets you apart from others. As a consistent team player focused on delivering excellent customer service, you are highly organised and motivated with an exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams/Zoom & Adobe are essential for this role.
