We're looking for an experienced and dynamic executive assistant to support key leadership of PWR, a leading gaming organisation in Australia. Scroll to Explore Your Mission is to Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned executive/s, handling all correspondence (emails, calls) Manage executives' calendar, scheduling meetings, video recordings, and coordinating with third parties for meeting arrangements Ensure executives' attendance at scheduled meetings, take meeting notes and create action lists based on discussions. Follow up with third parties as needed Be able to attend the calls in lieu of the executive/s if necessary Manage executives' inbox, respond to third parties, filter fan mail, and identify important emails, transferring action items to project management software if applicable Organise transportation, accommodation, and all travel-related activities Book and manage personal appointments and reservations for the executive/s Run errands for executive/s as needed, sometimes during non-conventional hours Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate day-to-day operations Maintain professionalism, strict confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions Perform other relevant duties to support executive/ in managing day-to-day operations About You Master of organisation Creative problem solving abilities Available to assist during non-conforming hours as needed Ability to meet last minute requests Superior time and energy management skills Passion for esports, gaming, pop culture and influencer culture Extremely independent, self-sufficient and forward-thinking Requirements Proven experience in production logistics and travel management, preferably in a film, TV or entertainment industry Living in Melbourne, or able to relocate to Melbourne Ability to work in Collingwood office the majority of time Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools (Monday, Discord etc) Extreme discretion - able to handle confidential information Understanding of the video gaming industry preferred but not mandatory
