All supported by a newly expanded coronary care unit and intensive care unit.Our expert care team of surgeons, specialist doctors, dedicated nurses and other professionals will ensure that your experience is the best it can be.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Executive Assistant to the General Manager (GM) you will be responsible for 2 key areas:1. Provide organisational and administrative support to the GM to enable them to execute the role efficiently.Including diary management, liaising with internal, external and international personnel regarding complex diary and meeting management.Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, drafting correspondence, overseeing the creation of documents, minute taking and distribution of minutes, various reports and presentations.Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively in sharing and generating ideas, empowered to achieve outcomes.2. Specialist Accreditation related matters including:Organise and maintain the accreditation of all VMO using the eCredentialing system in the absence of the Credentialing Officer.Minimum Requirements:Three years executive administration experience in a busy and professional environment.Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.High level attention to detail, including in written materials.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & KRONOS System.High level of confidentiality.Ability to work autonomously and within a team.Ability to follow instructions and take directions.Previous administrative experience in a hospital/health care environment is desirable.Why Healthscope?When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.Our people are at the heart of our organisation – no matter the role, every day our people make a difference to the lives of our patients and their families.
