PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) Partner with internal & external stakeholders | Varied position supporting CEO Education authority, CBD basedSalary $120,000 - $140,000 plus superPartner with internal & external stakeholders | Varied position supporting CEO About the company:Our client in the education industry, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and to support the CEO.We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven EA to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is based in the CBD and requires someone to be in the office five days per week, Monday - Friday.Key Responsibilities:Provide executive and secretariat support directly to the CEO, managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.Assist the CEO with the preparation of reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other documentation.Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO's office, ensuring timely progression of projects.Take the lead in organizing committee meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.About You:5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-suite executives (CEO ideally).Proven experience within the education sector is preferred.Proactive and adaptable, with excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with senior leaders.Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.You will ideally have completed a Bachelor's degree or mBA.Must be available to work onsite in the CBD, five days per week.Benefits:Work for a supportive, people-focused organisationIdeal office location, walking distance from train & tram linesSalary sacrifice options available If you are interested in this role please APPLY with your resume.At Charterhouse, we embrace, and value, diversity of culture, working arrangements, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
