Full-Time, Permanent Position Opportunity to work on exciting construction projects. What you'll do: As an Executive Assistant in our client's organisation, your role will be pivotal in supporting their senior leadership. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements for two senior executives. You'll prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders while also assisting in managing project timelines. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be crucial in this role. You'll also coordinate events and company-wide communications while serving as the point of contact for both internal and external communications.
Provide high-level administrative support to 2 senior executives, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organise and oversee office management tasks, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. Coordinate events, meetings, and company-wide communications, fostering a collaborative team environment. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role brings a wealth of experience from similar roles within the construction or engineering industries. Your exceptional organisational skills will be matched by your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role along with experience using project management tools. A proactive problem-solving mindset will set you apart as well as your meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within construction, engineering or a related industry. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools. Proactive problem-solving mindset.
