Job Description We are seeking a diligent and high-performing Executive Assistant to join the team at Moranbah North Mine on a full-time, permanent basis with Anglo American. Reporting to the General Manager/SSE, this role will play an essential part in delivering efficient, accurate and timely support to the operations. This role will see you accountable for:
Provide a high level of administrative support to the General Manager/SSE including calendar management, administration of documents and reports, record management, catering and all other associated administrative tasks.Provide a high level of administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by organising travel for SLT, monthly management of meeting processes, and site visits as required.Co-ordinate/collate the documentation & distribution of Monthly Reports and yearly Business Plan and other reporting as required for SLT.Accountable for the coordination of meetings with detailed and concise minute taking, event management, travel bookings, expense management and other administrative tasks as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
