Responsibilities will include: Supporting the Director, you will help provide daily administrative support and occasionally offer ad-hoc admin assistant to the wider team.
Screening and triage of incoming correspondence, respond and action appropriately Complex diary and meeting management Email management Travel coordination Attend meetings and minute-taking Preparation of spreadsheet reports, contract documents, presentations, and correspondence Data management and maintenance  Maintain confidence and confidentiality at all times    What's in it for you?
