The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Services Division supporting the Executive Director to deliver key services and drive major projects forward, providing crucial administrative assistance and contributing to the achievement of divisional goals with exposure across HR, Finance, IT, Communications, Legal and Governance and Risk. As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Corporate Services, you will: Be accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Office, Ensure the form and consistency of formal written communications, Support other leaders in the Division as appropriate, Support major reforms and project activities as required, and Contribute to the achievement of divisional goals. We're looking for someone with: Prior experience in one or more of the corporate service functions of the Division, namely Finance, IT, HR, Comms, Risk and Assurance, A passion for problem-solving, Strong organizational skills, Attention to detail, Strong collaboration skills and experience working with others, and The capacity to maintain calmness under pressure.
