About the role Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? Join us as the Executive Assistant to our Chief People Officer & General Manager for our SME Line of Business, and become the driving force behind our executive team's success!
As the powerhouse behind the scenes, you'll be instrumental in providing top-notch administrative support. From handling bustling schedules to orchestrating seamless events, you'll be at the heart of it all.
What you'll be focused on...Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements to meet requirementsPlan and facilitate leadership and team meetings, including technology setup and communication of agendasDevelop impactful presentations and reports for senior leadership, driving informed decision-makingCraft clear and effective communications to keep teams advised and engagedCultivate positive relationships across the organisation, promoting collaboration and supportEngage in ad hoc projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomesThe skills you'll need...Demonstrated experience in efficiently managing schedules and travel arrangements for multiple executives, ensuring timeliness and accuracyPrevious success in building and maintaining positive relationships, facilitating effective collaboration and communicationPrevious involvement in supporting meeting preparation, including presentation development and documentation of meeting notes and actions, showcasing attention to detail and organisation Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively, delivering results under tight deadlines Proven experience in managing communications conveying information clearly and professionallyExperience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic work environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing changing priorities and requirementsOur Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.If you want to work and collaborate where opinions are valued, and your ideas can make a difference, come to a place where Your Work Matters.
