What you will do:As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of the Senior Partners and the Head of Australia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Manage diaries and calendars for senior staff member.Email and file management.Collect, review, and organise paperwork as required.Draft legal documents pertaining to construction disputes.Lodge legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.What you will bring:Minimum of 2 years litigation legal experience, ideally in construction but open to all litigation backgrounds.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Positive attitude towards work and colleagues.Experience in drafting legal documents.What sets this company apart:Our client offers an inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging among its employees.
