About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant (EA) to support two senior executives within our businesses – our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager (GM) of Corporate Services.

We require an experienced professional who has ideally partnered with a CFO and C-Suite executives before. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong corporate background, with experience in supporting the preparation of board documentation, liaising with executive team and board members, and coordinating logistics for meeting and roadshows conducted both in Australia and off-shore.

The EA will work closely with a team of highly skilled EAs in our business, who support each other as and when required. Our preferred candidate will have the ability to take initiative, demonstrate diplomacy, and have refined communication skills to work effectively with all levels and external parties.
What you'll deliver: Provide effective executive support via time management and the coordination of calendars, including but not limited to:Organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders Planning and organising Finance based activities and roadshows, which may include liaising with third parties (domestic and international) Coordinating the logistics for meetings, including room set up, wifi, audio visual, managing catering etc. Responding to calls, using initiative and problem solving skills in dealing with matters on behalf of the CFO and GM. Manage domestic and international business travel and accommodation (air and ground logistics).Liaise with the CEO's office and Company Secretary's team in the preparation of Board and Committee papers and presentations.Prepare accurate documentation, including Board papers, draft minutes and action plans.Manage team recognition processes, including employee engagement activities and service awards.Process invoices and expenses in an accurate and timely manner. Provide assistance to the direct reports to the CFO and GM Corporate Services as required. To succeed in the role you'll have: Demonstrated similar experience in an EA role, involving balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.Exceptional numeracy, literacy and communication skills. Interpersonal savviness, with the ability to anticipate the needs of others, respond in a positive a proactive manner, problem solve, and apply lateral thinking.A high level of organisational and time management skills.Experience in crafting impactful PowerPoint decks and presentations. Advanced MS Office capabilities. Experience in SAP, Concur Expense and Concur Travel.
