Executive Assistant Full Time - Ongoing Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications form passionate and experienced candidates that can provide efficient and effective delivery of the administrative duties and day to day operational support for the Executive Manager: People Services.
As the Executive Assistant, you will: Assist the Executive Manager: People Services to carry out all aspects of their role.
Exercise sound judgement, maturity, due care, diligence, sensitivity, and confidentiality in all interactions and dealings with others.
Manage the diary, organise logistics where needed as well as correspondence, reports, and submissions for the Executive Manager: People Services.
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls and correspondence for the Executive Manager: People Services to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are: Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment, using initiative and proactive strategies to manage workloads.
High level of Information Technology skills using a variety of software, including Google Suite of resources.
