Job description:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Office of the Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer, including the preparation of documents of a highly confidential nature.
The role: Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Chief Nurse and Midwife (CNM). Provide office management support services to the Office of the Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer (OCNMO). Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes and background notes to ensure the smooth administrative operations of the Office of the Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer. Maintain an efficient and effective electronic and physical records management system in line with Agency policies and processes and legislative requirements, including providing support and training to facilitate the transition to an electronic document management environment. Ensure quality standards in the provision of executive and administrative support are maintained, including compliance with Agency policies and procedures. Assist with and coordinate financial and physical resources associated with the functions of the Office of the Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer.
