This role will see you working alongside a high-performing agent, selling luxury property across the Gold Coast

Monday – Friday, This is a fast-paced role supporting a dynamic, high-performing agency with over two decades of experience. As a "go-to" person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills. Daily, your duties will include:

Diary, e-mail, and appointment management Arrange & Coordinate diaries  Prepare agendas and presentation materials  Take accurate minutes of meetings and actions Contract & Form 6 preparation  Accurate record-keeping and messages Organise and plan travel   General Administrative duties  To be considered for this role you must have Ability to meet deadlines  High attention to detail  Ability to meet deadlines  Knowledge of management systems  Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and use initiative  Clean Police Check Be energetic, resilient and hard-working To apply, click on the link below, or if you have any further questions, please call Krystal Woolaston on ******** after send CV through to [email protected].
