Your new role Based in Darwin, this role is both dynamic and broad in nature.
As well as supporting traditional EA duties you will also play a critical role in facilitating the smooth functioning of executive-level support and Company Secretary responsibilities
Provide high level governance, organisational and administrative support to the CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Team (as required)
Execute secretariat duties for a number of organisational committees
Facilitate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Contact point for Directors' enquiries
Deliver on any related statutory obligation or compliance requirement
Calendar management
Communication handling
Document preparation and proofing
Meeting coordination including agenda setting and minute taking
Preparation of Board materials
Special projects
Maintain confidentiality
Your expertise
Minimum three years' experience as an EA at executive level
Experience supporting a team within a corporate and deadline driven environment
Outstanding stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, senior and executive management
Ability and passion for working in a team environment
Strong technical ability and experience with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams), D365, OneDrive, and video calls.
Proactive, keen attention to detail, organised and able to seamlessly multitask and problem solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discretion in handling highly sensitive or confidential matters
Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude.
