This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join the Darwin Private Hospital team by providing support to the executive team.
Darwin Private Hospital is the only provider of private hospital services in the Northern Territory.
As part of the Healthscope Group of Hospitals, it is a licensed 122-bed hospital providing a broad range of multi-day and day surgery including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Plastic and Reconstructive, Urology, Gastroenterology, ENT, and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.
Our world-class private hospital attracts patients from across the greater Northern Territory, Western Australia, remote Aboriginal communities, and even offshore.
We are co-located with Royal Darwin Hospital and partner in delivering specialised care to patients from across the top end of Australia.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated person who is skilled at working in a fast-paced environment and enhances the productivity of the Executive team through the efficient, effective management and coordination of secretariat tasks and by supporting the team to reach targets and deliver on the organisation's aims and objectives.
We are looking for a creative and innovative approach to ensure efficient and cost-effective management of human, financial, and material resources.

You will be required to: Maintain a passionate level of customer service Be self-motivated and highly organized Ensure confidentiality at all times Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and within a team Exceptional communication Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years executive assistant experience Advanced computer skills Ability to work within a team and contribute to the group environment High level organisational and administrative skills Office Management course desirable Salary will be commensurate with experience.
