Are you a dynamic and organized professional seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative prowess?
We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Executive Support Specialist at the heart of our Consumer Health division.

Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative and executive support to the General Manager, ANZ.
Play a pivotal role in managing large conferences, meetings, and events for the Consumer Health division, contributing to our local success within the global framework.
Take charge of complex diary management, email coordination, call screening, and preparation of business presentations and materials for the GM, ANZ.
Anticipate and coordinate initiatives that empower our Leadership Team to achieve their goals and drive business success.
Skillfully manage all travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for the General Manager, ANZ, ensuring seamless business operations.
Organize annual conferences, SLT workshops, off-site meetings, and other large-scale events within the division.
Negotiate and prioritize competing work requirements, bringing creative solutions to the table.
Foster key working relationships with the General Manager, ANZ; Senior Leadership Team, ANZ; and Regional & wider CH & Enabling Functions teams.
Does this sound like you?

Minimum of 5 years supporting senior management in a large multinational organization.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Extensive experience organizing conferences and events.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
Initiative, a proactive approach, flexibility around working hours, and the ability to travel as required.
Ability to anticipate needs, read the business environment, and make sound recommendations and judgments.
