In this role you will provide efficient, professional, and confidential executive support. You will also lead the coordination of specific projects and relationships.
Your fantastic communication skills will also see you managing effective industry and stakeholder networks and partnership arrangements with relative industry and Deaf sector organisations. You will also liaise with all levels of the organisation on behalf of the Executive Team.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Assist with the coordination of meetings, events and functions, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, actions and reports Coordinate all logistics including travel arrangements and interpreting Coordinate specific projects as directed by the Executive Establish, manage and maintain effective industry and stakeholder networks Develop, manage and maintain effective partnership and stakeholder relations with relevant industry and sector organisations About You Demonstrated experience in providing executive support and assistance Fluency in Auslan or willingness to attain proficiency in Auslan within a prescribed timeframe Experience with all Microsoft Office programs including Teams and Outlook Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills The ability to proactively identify and meet deadlines, plan project work, identify issues and implement process improvements Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels A warm, collaborative, and efficient approach to executive support It would also be advantageous if you have:
