About the Position:This position supports the Combat Capabilities Development Command Headquarters (DEVCOM HQ) Business Domain, which is comprised of a set of current and enduring competencies required to run the organization. This position is aligned to the General Support competency area, focusing on performing a wide range of clerical and support tasks and administrative procedures that support the maintenance of the office workflow.

General Experience:Three years progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the DE-01 or GS-04 grade level, which includes:
Organizing Senior Leader(s) electronic calendar, including appointments, meetings, conferences, speaking events, etc.Using an automated travel system to assist with travel arrangements and documentation for the team.Utilizing communication devices such as telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, etc. to remain in constant communication with Senior Leaders and team personnel.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-01) or equivalent pay grade (GS-04).
OR Education:Four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
OR Combination of Education and Experience:A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120. Add the two percentages.
