Your role: A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide secretarial support to our Insurance and Corporate Risk team (ICR) on a permanent full-time basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality support to a team of lawyers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Developing productive working relationships with key contacts internally Electronic and hard copy document and file management Diary management and organisation of fee earners Organising and coordinating meetings Monitoring emails and taking telephone calls Organising interstate travel Reconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses through Concur Conducting the billing cycle, including end of month billing using Elite Management of client billing protocols Other adhoc duties as required What you need: To be successful in this role, exceptional organisational skills are essential as well as a high level of initiative, energy and enthusiasm and enjoy working in a team environment.
You will need to be self-motivated and adaptable.
In addition, you will possess the following attributes:
