A strategic and collaborative leader, she works with a passionate team to deliver a large number of reform programs, regulatory functions, and member services.We are looking for an experienced and professional EA to join her team and allow her to lead from the front without having to worry about where she is going, how she gets there, or what she needs to bring.
We need someone mature-minded and intuitively able to not only do what is asked of you but predict what is not yet asked and take full ownership of tasks to see them through from start to finish.Your commitment to detail is second-to-none.
Taking charge of the CEO inbox, you manage correspondence on her behalf and have an exceptional grasp of the English language.Your discretion and confidentiality mean you have her back.
You will start from a position of a trusted relationship, and maintaining that level of trust underlies all you do.
As a skilled and confident communicator, you can wrangle the toughest stakeholder and leave them feeling positive and looked after.
A true team player, you recognise your part in contributing to an open and honest culture.Your skills include managing time and calendars effectively, navigating the full suite of MS Office tools, and developing templates from scratch.
Managing multiple inboxes is easy for you, and you enjoy the administrative tasks needed to support governance activities.Your character is warm and supportive; you know how to have a laugh, and you effortlessly create a trusting environment that allows your CEO to stop and take a breath.
