We seek a dedicated executive assistant to manage the daily operations of the principal's office and provide high-level administrative support.
This role demands strong organisational skills, confidentiality, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence. As the face of the Principal's Office, you will play a critical role in representing the school to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the principal's initiatives run smoothly.
What You'll Do: Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the principal, including managing their calendar, assessing meeting requests, and handling urgent matters with discretion.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and special events, ensuring seamless execution.Act as a point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and warmly.Support HR processes, including staff recruitment, induction, and record management.Prepare high-quality documentation, correspondence, and reports for internal and external communications.Oversee school publications, proofreading and ensuring accuracy, and support the preparation of presentations and official documents.Assist with projects and compliance management, working closely with the principal to meet regulatory requirements and deadlines.What We're Looking For: Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related qualification.Minimum of two years' experience in this role or similar executive administration.Outstanding organisational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven ability to draft and edit documents.Confidentiality, integrity, and loyalty in supporting the principal's objectives and handling sensitive information.Flexibility and resilience to manage diverse tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential) and experience with school management systems like Synergetic (desirable).How to apply?
