As an executive assistant, your experience in business communication will help you to build effective relationships with important stakeholders and senior leaders. Your key responsibilities Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, including travel and accommodationExpense processing, adhering to firm deadlinesMeeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservationsAssistance with Event Management coordination and logisticsPrepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports and agendasProvide high level support to a group of Partners and ExecutivesScreening emails, responding and/or actioning as requiredWhat we're looking for A minimum of 3+ years administration and customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient user of Microsoft Office suitesExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-taskStrong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skillsA strong team member with an ability to work across multiple teams with a sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters EY acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which EY offices are located around Australia.
