The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to the School Director to ensure the effective delivery of School operations. You will work closely with the School Executive on confidential projects, as such a high level of discretion and sensitivity is required. This is a diverse Executive Assistant role that will also support strategic hiring processes of the School and assist with onboarding of employees. The Executive Assistant is part of the Computing Administration Team and will support a broad range of operational administrative tasks relating to day-to-day operational activities of the School.
Day-to-day activities include:
Managing the commitments and schedule of the School Director and proactively resolving conflicting demandsManagement of various email accounts and responding to rapidly evolving prioritiesCoordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence with exceptional attention to detailAct as the first point of contact for enquiries and providing advice on a range of policies and proceduresWork as a part of the broader School Administration team to support the day-to-day operations of the SchoolOur ideal candidate
