Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this essential role will work closely with the Executive Management Team providing executive administration support and will manage the residential administration function.
Benefits: Access to our fantastic salary sacrifice of up to $18,500 (tax free)Competitive salary on offerOngoing training and opportunities for growthResponsibilities: Manage the reception function within the facility to ensure that all aspects are running efficiently and effectively.Manage the Document Control function within the business.Assist the Board Secretary with the coordination and follow up with relevant action or agenda items due for upcoming board and subcommittee meetings.Coordination of agendas, reports, taking of minutes, and disbursement of action items and minutes for relevant management committee meetings.Oversee the organisation's record management system.Oversee the internal/external communications for the organisation.Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior administration role (must include supervision of staff).Demonstrated experience in document control practices and processes.Detailed and demonstrated experience in high level document development and presentation.Experience working within the Aged Care Industry or for a NFP organisation would be seen as beneficial.A high level of diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality in dealing with commercially confidential information.Sound knowledge of meeting procedures, and ability to take minutes, prepare reports, agendas and minutes.Highly developed and confident (oral and written) communication skills.Capecare is a values-driven organisation looking to attract an individual who has a real passion for the Aged Care industry providing exceptional care to our clients.
