Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to key executives.
The role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, vendor relations, and supporting various operational tasks.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant seeking a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide seamless administrative support to senior leaders across functions, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for national and international trips, utilising systems like SAP, Concur, and MS Office.Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with key vendors, including travel, creative services, and government contacts for media and advocacy events.Web Content Management: Oversee content updates and uploads with the communications team.Diary Management: Prioritise and manage the calendars of multiple senior executives.Presentation & Reporting: Support preparation of presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.Cross-Functional Flexibility: Provide adaptable support across teams and shift priorities as required.Key Requirements: Experience: Ideally 10+ years of supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, with experience in Corporate Development, Government Relations, or IT.Gatekeeping & Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex situations.Professional Demeanour: High standard of executive support, communication, and presentation.System Proficiency: Expertise in SAP, Concur, Travel systems, and AMEX corporate cards.Design Skills (Preferred): Graphic design experience is a plus but not essential.Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to various departmental needs.Adaptability: Proactive, adaptable problem-solving approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.Desired Attributes: Senior-Level Executive Assistance: Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership.Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: Forward-thinking and able to anticipate and solve challenges.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing external vendor relationships for successful outcomes.The lifestyle:
