You'll help streamline operations, boost performance, and achieve business objectives through top-notch managerial and administrative support.
Day to day, you'll:
Manage the Chief's calendar efficiently, coordinate meetings and appointments to maximise productivity.Serve as the primary point of contact between Chief and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and urgency.Organise and prioritise tasks, projects, and deadlines to enhance effectiveness.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and day packs.Leverage technology and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Anticipate the Chief's needs and proactively address any challenges or issues.About you You'll have lots of experience in supporting C-suite and your proactive and adaptable mindset sees you thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
You don't shy away from taking matters in your own hand to resolve issues independently or with the help of stakeholders and/or your network.
You're a pro at anticipating the needs and preferences of the Executive you work with and are ready to pivot at any time to keep them on track in their day-to-day duties.
It is essential to you to be the reliable and trusted partner!
