As our highly valued Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Officer, based in Brisbane , you are a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem solver.
You are the supportive force that empowers the executive.

You contribute to the effective management of Great Southern Bank by supporting the Chief Customer Officer with your proactive problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
This combines to provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, and critical analysis as well as administrative support.
You'll make an impact by: Executive Support You provide confidential support to the Chief Customer Officer to ensure that organisational goals and objectives are accomplished and our Customer division is run efficiently.
You manage scheduling for the Chief Customer Officer, including calendar management, agendas, email, travel arrangements etc.
General Administration You are responsible for managing the flow of information through the team, division and organisation as appropriate.
Effective communication is effectively managed between the Chief Customer Officer and others, proactively liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
You know what good processes look like and are not afraid to influence your executive by maintaining and improving internal processes and coordinating internal and external resources to expediate workflow.
You organise team communications and plan team and divisional events, both internally and offsite.
Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: At least 10 years' experience in an administrative role reporting directly to a senior executive Knowledge of requirements of corporate governance and the Information of board and executive processes in a corporate environment (desired) Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills Budget administration Why Great Southern Bank?
