You will assist in managing and enhancing its services to ensure our function is on track to deliver our commitments to Telstra and our stakeholders.
About the role The Executive Assistant will providing professional, responsive and in confidence support to assigned Executives and their broader teams, to enable them to focus on their key priorities and to better focus on value-adding internal and external customer service needs.
You thrive on adding great value for Telstra by ensuring timely and effective alignment of your Executives' schedule to strategic and business priorities and presenting as a brand ambassador internally and externally.
Important note : the role will be based in our Brisbane office.
The successful candidate will be required to be in the office 4-days a week for real-time support but flexibility is available when required.

Work closely and effectively with both executives to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including editing and completing first drafts for written communication to internal and external stakeholders; and other tasks that facilitate the executive's ability to effectively lead the business.
Monitor progress and report on various projects and action items and undertake investigation, research, and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
Assist with travel, expenses, email management, presentations and other adhoc requests.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive's office and internal stakeholders; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Proactively drive continuous improvement in administrative support systems, policies, and procedures.
Assist the broader SEALRC Business Support team with adhoc requests.
About You You will be bringing the following skills and experiences: Excellent organisational and time management skills with proven experience in multi-tasking, managing competing priorities, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills with a positive can-do outlook, displaying resilience and a calm manner under pressure.
Proven trusted point of contact, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
Advanced knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs and communications technology.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
