About the Role (your why) As an Executive Assistant, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing dedicated, high-level support that makes a real impact. What you'll do  Provide executive-level administrative support for the MD, proactively anticipating their needs, including highly efficient and confidential diary management and travel arrangements. Manage communications by screening emails, determine which are a priority and advise matters requiring attention, with associated deadlines, and relevant documentation.  Independently deal with matters requiring attention, action on behalf of the MD or refer them to the appropriate person. Ensure all requests are actioned in a timely and professional manner, including preparation, collation and distribution of documents and correspondence, and arranging meetings. Assist in coordinating papers and presentations for relevant leadership and Board meetings. Create presentations and documents using the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as proof reading business critical documents and ensuring they are professionally worded and presented. Plan the operating rhythm for internal and external meetings and facilitate these including preparing agendas, documents, minutes, and following up on actions. Manage projects and events. Reconcile monthly credit card and cash expenses, and input and approve timesheets for the MD. Work collaboratively with the virtual team of Executive Assistants across the business. What you'll bring Experience supporting C-Suite executives. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Confluence and Microsoft Teams advanced tools. Incredible organisational and proactive skills with attention to detail so you can manage multiple tasks and prioritise work without missing a beat. Discretion and tact when dealing with confidential, commercially sensitive, and personal information. Diligent attention to detail and consistency of output. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively, managing multiple and shifting demands.
