About the role   As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organisation.
You will be the key liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, coordinating critical meetings, and delivering outstanding service.
Able to efficiently manage executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Provide comprehensive secretariat support for committees, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action follow-up.
You will act as a first point of contact for the executives, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Support project management and drive process improvements across various business activities.
Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and facilitate effective communication.
Maintain financial administration, such as expense reconciliation and budget tracking.
About you Proven experience in a senior executive support role within a confidential and fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence with tact and diplomacy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Experience providing support to executives and boards  High integrity and respect for confidentiality, paired with a strong customer service orientation.
