About the Role: Provide confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Leadership teamManage day-to-day operations of the corporate Brisbane OfficeEvent ManagementIT Asset ManagementLiaise with Sime Darby Industrial Executives and employeesManage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow-up actions where necessaryDiary managementCoordinate Sime Darby Industrial Solutions event managementRecord and prepare meeting minutesCoordinate and prepare presentations, including PowerPointAssist with annual budget report, input information and the collation of the budget folderUndertake special projects as requiredProvide progressive system/reporting updatesPurchase Order ManagementCoordinate and book travel for the Sime Darby Industrial Solutions teamSupport procurement processes in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy and Authorities and Group Policies and AuthoritiesAccount Management with key support contract: i.e., Telstra, Computer OneAbout You: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role is desirableThe ability to work independentlyStrong organisational/time management skillsExceptional communication (written and verbal), influencing & relationship building skills.What we Offer: Monday – FridayWorking from home arrangements and flexibility for the right candidateGreat company culture and working environment - Professional, fun and informal team cultureEmployee Assistance Program for employees and their familiesPaid parental leaveDiscounts on private health, vehicles, travel and salary sacrificing options.If you believe you have the required skills and experience to take on this exciting opportunity, then we strongly encourage you to apply.
