About the Role Sime Darby is on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to initially support our safety function for a 6-month maternity leave cover which will likely be further extended up to 12 months. This role will be a fast-paced position and you should be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, a high-quality standard of communication skills, and strong multi-tasking skills.
In this position, you will:
Support our safety function and work directly for the Acting Head – Group Safety Office and wider team. Coordinate and book travel. Extensive diary management. Be involved in working on projects with the wider team. Undertake extensive meeting pack preparation. Budget work – including reporting, purchase orders, and invoice tracking. Undertake event management (at least one per quarter). General EA duties as required. Why Hastings Deering? Having a strong level of attention to detail. Being proficient in moving from one task to another at short notice and able to prioritize tasks of importance.
