East Brisbane Location  Permanent Position  $120,000 + superannuation  The Situation:  Our client is an Australian owned global organisation who provide innovative logistic services.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support their executive team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-moving industry and excels in providing high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the executive team.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence for executives.
Maintain confidential files and ensure accurate filing and retrieval of critical documents.
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and other arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and board members.
Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the executives.
Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics as required.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
About You: Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support roles.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and strategically—anticipating the needs of the executive team.
Resilient, experienced, and confident in handling high-pressure situations.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
