About the Role To provide a range of high-level executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Senior Executive/s achievement of organisational objectives.
As the Executive Assistant, you will take ownership of the following key duties and responsibilities:
Providing high level Executive support including extensive calendar and diary management. Manage communications, correspondence for Executive, including e-mails, phone, and MS Teams, to ensure timely response and action. Internal and external stakeholder management, including a high level of customer service to key stakeholders. Prepare documents, reports, papers, and presentations, utilising MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint. Management of Executive travel (domestic and international), annual budget and expense reconciliation. Produce formal meeting documentation, including meeting agendas and minutes. Co-ordination of events and staff activities on behalf of the Executive Officer. Meeting room, catering, and video conferencing management. Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery. Other executive and secretarial administrative support, as required to meet business needs. About You As the Executive Assistant you will bring to the role the following skills, experience and attributes:
5 - 10 years' experience supporting Executive Leadership. Advanced MS Office skills. Previous experience in a similar role. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. High-level organisational and time management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines. High attention to detail. Skilled multitasker. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
