About The Role: Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? Compare the Market is looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our senior leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organisation. Reporting to the General Counsel you'll have the chance to streamline executive workflows and facilitate collaboration with key business stakeholders.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the go-to person for managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. You'll play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships, contributing to the strategic goals of the business through your organisational expertise. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with active involvement in business operations, making a direct impact on the success of the company.
What You'll Do: Provide high-level administrative support to senior legal executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage and organise complex calendars for five executives, efficiently coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings involving the General Counsel and senior leadership. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and research materials, often working under tight deadlines to ensure timely completion. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, clients, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and coordination. Conduct credit card reconciliation and manage expenses for five executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality protocols. Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring legal documents are filed accurately and in compliance with company standards. Support other Executive Assistants during their leave periods, ensuring continuity of executive support and operations. Provide front desk coverage as needed, professionally managing inquiries and welcoming visitors. Track and manage deadlines for legal filings, projects, and deliverables, ensuring compliance and timely submission of all required documentation. What You'll Bring: Previous experience as a Executive Assistant in a legal or professional services environment. Must have a minimum of 3-4 year's experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of legal terminology and document preparation. Excellent organisational and time management skills with coordinating multiple diaries with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document handling and proofreading. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Professional demeanour with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in business administration, legal administration, or a related field.
