This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Hudson are working with a Federal Agency to find an Executive Assistant at the APS4 level to work on a NOG contract.

APS4 Executive Assistant
APS experience is desired

Security Clearance: Baseline will be required

Key duties of the APS4 will include:
Managing and organisation of your Executive and branch's inboxes, calendars, and appointments.Managing the workflows of tasks for your Executive and ensuring priories and timeframes are met.Maintaining processes and systems of the branch and/or division including preparation of committee meetings.Organisation of travel and finance for your Executive.Providing general administrative support to your executive and their branch including distributing information, preparing meeting agendas, record keeping and tracking of correspondence.Providing support to other executives in the division when required.Successful Candidates- Have excellent time management skillsBe able to effectively manage multiple demands and prioritise work accordinglydemonstrate high level attention to detailHave excellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrate discretion and integrity across your workBe comfortable and adaptable to changing prioritiesPlease apply if interested- [email protected]
