You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Adelaide office while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Your ability to provide high-level executive support and oversee efficient office management will directly impact Serco's success.
In this role, you'll make a difference by:
Managing the administrative systems and workflow of the CPO's officePreparing key communications, reports, and presentationsCoordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and eventsOverseeing office operations, including vendor management and complianceMaintaining budgets, financial approvals, and workplace safety protocolsSupporting team engagement initiatives and compliance projectsSerco is a place for you Your ideal skills & experience:
Proven experience in executive management support and office managementExcellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasksHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilitiesA good understanding of financial and operational managementDesirable skills include experience with SAP, SharePoint, or Visio and holding a Baseline or NV1 security clearance.By joining Serco, you'll work alongside trusted leaders in a company committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
