Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and liaising with various stakeholders.
You will also be entrusted with sensitive information requiring your utmost discretion.
Your ability to organise effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain a keen eye for detail will contribute significantly to the smooth running of operations.Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordinationManage correspondence, prepare reports, and handle confidential documents with discretionLiaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queriesCoordinate and organise meetings, events, and conferences as requiredMaintain an efficient filing system and ensure all records are up-to-dateContribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the organisationWhat you bring:The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in providing high-level administrative support.
You possess excellent organisational skills which enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential for this role.
