About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive team.
In this dynamic role, you will manage the CEO's appointments, correspondence, travel, and meetings, while also assisting the broader Executive team with a variety of support services.

Possess strong communication skills including the ability to liaise and coordinate with a range of Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail in managing schedules, meetings, and documentation.
Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Requirements Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients.
Demonstrated experience in providing executive support services and successfully partnering with senior executives.
High-level organisational skills, the ability to manage competing demands and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Advanced communication skills.
A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
A current driver's licence.
Desirable Requirements • A formal qualification relevant to the role such as a Diploma in Business Administration or similar will be well regarded.
